I'm not technical — how do I know this is the right solution?
You don't need to. The discovery call is about your business problem, not technology — what's slow, what's manual, what's costing you money. We ask the questions, propose the solution, and explain it back in plain terms before you commit to anything. If custom software isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll say so.
How do you keep the project on track and on budget?
Everything is agreed in writing before work starts: deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price. You get regular progress updates as we build, and 3 months of free support after launch. If something's off, you know early — not at handover.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on your requirements — every project is different, so we don't quote a generic price upfront. On the discovery call we evaluate exactly what you need, then send a fixed price before any work begins. That number doesn't change mid-project. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes 3 months of free support for bugs and deployment issues, plus documentation and a clean handover. If you want ongoing improvements after that, we offer retainer support — but you're never locked in.
How does working remotely with you actually work?
Async-first: email or Slack for day-to-day updates, video calls for kick-off, progress reviews, and the final demo. We've delivered this way for clients in the US, Australia, and Pakistan — time zones have never been the bottleneck.
Do I own the code?
Yes, all of it. On final payment you receive full IP transfer: source code, infrastructure configs, and documentation. No licensing, no lock-in, nothing we keep.

Yes — that's a large part of what we do. We connect your accounting, CRM, e-commerce, and inventory tools so they share data automatically instead of someone re-typing it between them.
